2015年はホイットニー美術館がチェルシーに移り新たにオープンするという、ニューヨークのアートシーンにおける大きなニュースがありました。そこで、以前書いた「ニューヨークの美術館を無料で楽しむ方法」という記事を2015年度版に更新してみました。

＊Pay What You Wishについて
ニューヨークの美術館では入り口のチケットカウンターに「Pay What You Wish」と書かれているところがあります。これは自分が料金を決めて払う仕組みです。例えばメトロポリタン美術館の入場料は大人25ドルが推奨されていますが、1ドル払っても、100ドル払っても入場することができます。
